Repeat the important steps.
Complete the agreed lesson action, leave the course and sign in again. Check whether the platform saved the progress and whether the next lesson is available.
Compare the report.
Review whether the manager view uses the same course, learner group and completion definition. Distinguish a delayed report from a missing saved result.
Check a nearby exception.
Use an incomplete assessment or interrupted session to confirm the platform does not mark unfinished work complete. Retain the observed result and the step needing investigation.
