Ask how a learner enrolls, leaves partway through, returns and finishes. Then review how an instructor handles a question or correction and how a manager sees the result.

Ask to see the course journey, not just the lesson screen.
Use a representative course and a few sample roles when comparing proposals.
Explain the rules.
Who defines passing and completion? What happens after a failed attempt? How does a revised lesson affect a person who completed the earlier version?
Review ownership and maintenance.
Ask who controls content, accounts, exports and the hosting relationship. Check how staff add a lesson and how records can be reviewed or moved.
Compare the evidence.
A useful proposal names the first course, test accounts, expected reports and remaining limits. A certificate feature alone does not establish external accreditation or learning quality.
